When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will usually be shipped out 1-2 business days after payment has been received. If anything is amiss with your order and we can't ship it out in time, we will give you a call or send you an email as soon as we can. Please take note that credit card payments are usually instant, but bank transfers will take about 3 working days to complete. For more information, see shipping information

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order either by logging in to your customer account or using the order status form. You will need to include your order number, email address or postcode. Once your order is shipped we will also send you the tracking details. You can track your order with the provided tracking number on http://auspost.com.au/track/.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not currently offer pick up. All products are shipped out for free.

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery times will depend on how fast the payment for your order comes through and your location. Once payment is cleared, we will ship out your order within 1-2 business days. It will usually take about 2-3 business days to reach metro areas or 3-5 business days for more rural areas. However note that we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is wholly dependent on the Australia Post delivery service.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping as shipping costs will be too high and the products that we stock do not have international warranty.

How can I return a product?

You can return a product to us if it's faulty, damaged, or if you've just changed your mind. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

My item is damaged / faulty! What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort this out for you. Check out our returns policy for more information.

The item I want is out of stock, what can I do? 

You can contact us to enquire about when it will be back in stock. We can either contact you when it's back in stock or you can place a backorder for the item so that it will be shipped to you as soon as it comes back into stock.

Can I amend or cancel my order? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please do so as soon as you have decided. Your order can be changed or cancelled as long as it has not been packed or shipped by the warehouse.

If the item has already left our warehouse, you can ship it back to us to organise a return based on the 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee outlined in our returns policy. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, you will have to arrange and pay for the postage of the item back to us if you wish to return it for a refund.

Do your products come with Australian warranty?

Yes! All our products are sourced from the local Australian distributors or suppliers, so they come with the full Australian warranty.
